The Wonder Method L1 – Art Of Awakening – New York City

July 31, 2017

9:30 – 5:30

2 Day Class on Monday and Tuesday

Spacious 3 Bedroom Home in Manhattan

Tyler Odysseus

A 2-Day Class Monday and Tuesday in Manhattan.  See below for full class description.

We begin the class with yin breathwork that opens us and moves us into a pleasureful and shifted energetic state.  Once we have created this healing state,  we bring in the element of Wonder and  practice hands on energy work sessions in groups of two.  One of the keys to the Wonder Method is deep feeling. We delve into a simple, accessible yet deeply powerful feeling process. This process  brings a tremendous sense of presence and a peaceful and centered state of mind.  Through energy work and feeling we shift our reality and begin to uncover the philosophical implications of a fundamentally flexible reality.

In this class you will learn to:

  • Enter a wondrous state of being for powerful energy healing
  • Rediscover your true self through feeling and wonder
  • Use life’s challenges as a tool to set you free
  • Open yourself to receiving pure joy
  • Dream a new reality into being
  • Find balance and even enlightenment

Thought for the Week

Most people will tell you about their dreams and in the same breath tell you about their limitations.  We choose to tell you about your dreams and how to become them.  In reality they are already yours, they are simply behind the fears that you have placed in your way.  The Tao te Ching says “if you would become whole, be partial.” In effect, the process of feeling the limitations (that which makes us feel partial) allows everything to unfold and you will be there.  ~Alain & Jody Herriott
