EVENTS & CLASSES BY Chaya Silberstein:

Sorry, no classes are upcoming. Please check back later.

Chaya Silberstein

Chaya is a Wonder Method coach and practitioner. She has been studying with Alain Herriot, since early 2018. She delights in working with clients and experiencing the alchemy of seemingly huge mountains turned into molehills, then into nothing, and finally transformed into beautiful castles with a million doorways leading into the beyond.

There is something incredible that occurs when you can take emotional and physical suffering and not only alleviate it through this process, but transmute it into something that feels wonderful, like turning pebbles or boulders into gold.

Just like the Wonder Method has helped Chaya tremendously on her own personal journey, she now wants to help you.  Whether it’s working on an issue for you or coaching you through the process. The inner journey is vast and expansive, where would you like to go?

The Wonder Method works wonders on physical conditions, emotional healing, and just learning to be more present and in the flow, now. Chaya conducts  sessions remotely, so feel free to contact her from anywhere in the world.

To book a session, please e-mail wonderwithchaya@gmail.com.

Thought for the Week

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK

The Tao te Ching in Stephen Mitchells translation says in #2

When people see some things as beautiful, other things become ugly.  When people see some things as good, other things become bad.

Being and non-being create each other.

Difficult and easy support each other.  Long and short define each other.

High and low depend on each other.  Before and after follow each other…….

Comparisons, in our lives we tend to compare most everything.  It is how we relate to different experiences and it is what underlies our need to Judge.  While these comparisons have their place, the need to be right or wrong, to justify an action, leads us deeper into drama vs balance.  The art of sensating is what allows us to move beyond the need to be right or wrong, to bypass the mind and enter being.  We invite you to feel the sensations that arise within you, especially when feeling conflict, and to let them change, evolve and in so doing allowing yourself to BE.
