Private sessions are $120 for a one-hour session, $90 for a 45 minute session and $60 for a 30 minute session.
Our brains tend to “hold” us in a framework, believing it makes us safe, successful and adaptable to our environment. This is both a blessing and a curse.
A blessing because it allows us to live much of our life on autopilot, and also a curse because it keeps us locked in repetitive patterns that only seem to be successful.
