Now

Living in the now.” We hear that kind of thing all the time, but what is your experience of what it means? For us, it means the mind is quiet. There is no internal conflict, no striving, or perhaps better said, no reaching with the mind from a place of conflict. It is more that everything we do comes from a place of balance and discovery that unfolds. ~Alain & Jody Herriott

Embrace Change

We are continuously surrounded by change. Some changes we embrace; they are fun or exciting. Other kinds of change can make us uncomfortable. Through The Wonder Method we learn to utilize these uncomfortable sensations. The more we unfold them the more comfortable we become and we begin to welcome change in all its guises.

Feel your feelings

As we continue to feel our feelings and unwind our issues, the sense of presence deepens. The mind relaxes and we experience an even deeper sense of peace and tranquility. If we let it, this space becomes unlimited. Enjoy the journey.  ~Alain & Jody Herriott

The problem is the solution

We often see things as obstacles and then try and change the obstacle rather than opening to the solution. When you find an issue, something that pushes or bothers you, does your mind argue? If so you are in the obstacle orientation of the issue. Instead soften and feel the opening potential of the solution, and allow things to unfold into rightness.

In a sense the problem is the solution and the sensation within both is the unfolding of the answer and the balance within it. ~Alain & Jody Herriott

Feel, evolve, become

If you allow yourself to feel and act as if whatever you are feeling could pass through you like a gentle breeze, the sensation will evolve, change and become more balanced.  This opportunity arises with each experience that comes your way, from the exquisite to the mundane.  Play and enjoy the opportunity. ~Alain & Jody Herriott

We approach each day

As we approach each day we are usually thinking about what needs to be done and how to go about it, who to contact and the rest of what we call accomplishing the day.  What if instead we gently orient from the inside, feeling our sensations, and choose to use this art of presence to accompany us throughout the day.  We would still get all the same things done and likely more.  The internal dialogue will be greatly reduced or simply gone.  The need to achieve will instead become more of a dance of “being” from moment to moment in simple exchanges of balance and wholeness.  We invite you to dance with us in the ever evolving game of being.   ~~Alain & Jody Herriott

When we feel

When we feel at the sensation level it is like we are connecting to our origins.  It is a quiet peaceful way to live.  Every observed limitation then becomes the road to balance. When we stay at the sensation level the “drama” drops away and being is the result.  Enjoy.  ~Alain & Jody Herriott

The Tao is like a well

“The Tao is like a well used but never used up, It is like the eternal void: filled with infinite possibilities.” The Tao te Ching translation by Stephen Mitchell

As we reconnect to our feelings and unwind our fears, we realize who we are and are again filled with infinite possibility.  Alain & Jody Herriott
