Discovery is a process
Discovery of who we are is an ongoing process. The common desire is to name what we find. Instead, just experience it and allow it to change. We are, and that is enough. Enjoy the journey. ~Alain & Jody Herriott

Each moment is unique and linked through sensation. Many think of these sensations as fraught with discord and concern. What if instead, they are the arrows pointing us toward the walls of resistance in our minds and because they are felt, they are also the entry point to change. Through feeling and allowing the sensations to change we unwind and arrive at harmony and balance. ~Alain & Jody Herriott

Sensation, what is it? It is that subtle experience inside us that leads many thoughts and associations within us. Often, sensations are repressed because they lead to emotions that are uncomfortable. However, if they are allowed to surface and pass through without comment from the mind they are balancing and nurturing. Allow your sensations to surface and be experienced and presence simply is there. ~Alain & Jody Herriott

As we go through life we get all kinds of opportunities. Though it is counter intuitivie, tension is an opportunity to integrate body wisdom through feeling. Feel the body sensation that shows up and let it be experienced. And perhaps most important, let it change or evolve however it happens to do so. ~Alain & Jody Herriott

When we feel at the sensation level it is like we are connecting to our origins. It is a quiet peaceful way to live. Every observed limitation then becomes the road to balance. When we stay at the sensation level the “drama” drops away and being is the result. Enjoy. ~Alain & Jody Herriott

There is an inner world and an outer world. The inner world has many levels. There are the feelings that we have about our day (this is a bit of an inner and an outer mix). There are the sensations within us as well that link to a state of being. It is continuous and never ending. The outer world is truly a reflection of the sensation level of us. We don’t usually realize it but it is there none the less. The art of feeling at the sensation level is what awakens the first inklings of being; this immediately begins to modify and balance the world we see around us. Take the time to feel, it is a world without end and the presence and beingness that it offers is priceless. ~Alain & Jody Herriott

As every experience in our day has sensation in it, there is always an opportunity to open. And as tension is often present just below the surface and is subliminally suppressed it is a golden opportunity to reawaken to ease. Taking a few moments to unwind, through feeling our baseline feelings, gives us this opportunity to again experience ease in our day. Take the time, feel, it is simply fabulous to be us. ~Alain & Jody Herriott

We have all heard the phrase “Life is an art”. Yet, how many of us truly experience it in that way? When we allow ourselves to feel at the sensation level, these feelings become the brush stroke for each encounter. This light inner tickling of sensation gathers us up onto our canvas and unlocks the amazing painting that is us. ~Alain & Jody Herriott
