This particular stanza for us means: will you allow yourself to simply experience you and let the mind relax? When we hold tightly to a thought or a belief with the mind we make an issue inflexible or unchangeable. As we lighten the intensity of our focus, we allow for the possibility of change. As we do this, we sense motion within us and change naturally unfolds. One can take this to the nth degree and feel: I feel the boundary of what I call me, I allow it to unfold and in so doing become ME. ~Alain & Jody Herriott
