Wu Wei (Chinese, literally “non-doing”) is an important concept of Taoism and means natural action, or in other words, action that does not involve struggle or excessive effort. Wu wei is the cultivation of a mental state in which our actions are quite effortlessly in alignment with the flow of life.

This is why we do feeling work.  It is not that we are attempting to achieve an outcome that has these attributes.  It is because as we unwind that which limits us, we quite naturally find ourselves experiencing this.  Life truly does just flow and we find ourselves quite naturally in effortless harmony.  ~Alain & Jody Herriott
