This 12 hour course will meet on 6 consecutive Thursdays (2 Hrs each class). You will receive an outline and handout for the class, via email, for you to refer to during the class. The class is experiential. I will explain techniques while offering a well-researched context from which to confidently apply them, have you demonstrate and practice each technique, as well as give you personal real-time feedback to help refine your ability with ample attention for you to understand and embody the material offered. Each class will be recorded and you will receive a link to download it and replay it as you like.
Come join me on a one-of-a-kind adventure where we get intimate with the subtler mechanics of our attention, emotions/sensations, and mind-body connection. This allows us to more effectively heal, clear our mind, lighten our heart, and optimize our body. Along the way we not only learn the how, but get valuable experiential practice time living a more fluid and effective version of ourselves. This is the closest thing to a no-nonsense tour in the universal principles of human experience and how to make the best of it. Its my pleasure to share it with you!

Each person will receive individual feedback to ensure a good understanding of the material. You will get to do long distance work on others and get feedback on how well that process is working from your partner as well as from me.

- How to awaken and deepen sensitivity and clarity to the inner workings of your mind-body and do healing work at deeper levels.

- How to have more ease in your business, relationships, interactions.
- How to awaken your dormant potential and experience genuine upgrades in your baseline relationship and performance with anything.
- How to simply “be” and enjoy the moments of life.
My way of teaching the Wonder Method is enriched by a deep background in philosophy, neuroscience, transpersonal psychology, and the contemplative traditions that have inspired the method. As well as the method itself this class is an opportunity to get a clear grounded sense of how it and other approaches to internal development work from a broader perspective.
Through a combination of the ideas, and consistent experience beyond them to what they point to, as the weeks of the class go on and you let the experience soak into your life you’ll find a tangibly satisfying momentum developing. You don’t just take away the ideas but an evolution of how you are as a person that will continue to grow and ripple throughout the rest of your life.
