Sensing and feeling, intuitive and empathic knowing has always been with me. This nature led me to a lifelong practice of drawing, painting and collaging as a sensing medium. I like to play in the non-ordinary realms, the subtle realms, in the places and spaces that are beyond the literal.

I am a happy to be a Certified Coach in the Wonder Method and approach all through this model. Other modalities I practiced were Usui Reiki Master, Pranic Healing, Shamanic practice, Munay Ki, Conscious Systems, Matrix Energetics; Theta Healing, Ho’oponpono (Dr. Hew Len), stone and crystal healing and more. There was always something missing for me. The Wonder Method is the missing piece of it all. It naturally engages experiencing sensation as a language of the subtle realms in infinite flow. It is in our nature to be in harmonious flow.

I played with drawing and color since I was a kid. It still makes me happy and feels like a natural language. While I was a high school art teacher (25+years) I created a place of openness, of engaging each moment through creative play. Young “artists”/people could access to themselves to find their own way, free from critique and potent in themselves; understanding the role critique plays in defining oneself within labels, even labeling oneself an artist.

Through these subtle and nonverbal experiences I feel whole and free to be me. If you feel a resonance I am happy to coach you through The Wonder Method. I work with Zoom or in person.

Thought for the Week

The Tao te Ching in Stephen Mitchells translation says in #2

When people see some things as beautiful, other things become ugly.  When people see some things as good, other things become bad.

Being and non-being create each other.

Difficult and easy support each other.  Long and short define each other.

High and low depend on each other.  Before and after follow each other…….

Comparisons, in our lives we tend to compare most everything.  It is how we relate to different experiences and it is what underlies our need to Judge.  While these comparisons have their place, the need to be right or wrong, to justify an action, leads us deeper into drama vs balance.  The art of sensating is what allows us to move beyond the need to be right or wrong, to bypass the mind and enter being.  We invite you to feel the sensations that arise within you, especially when feeling conflict, and to let them change, evolve and in so doing allowing yourself to BE.
