Sharon sees the contribution of individual wellness to nature’s harmony.

As an integrative healing practitioner, educator, researcher and writer, Sharon has been practicing the art of healing for over a decade prior to guiding others. Sharon’s insight comes from a diverse educational background, personal health journey, training with great teachers, and a lengthy background in clinical practice working with medical and wellness professionals both in the orient and the west.

Her work includes energy (hands-on and distant) healing, rejuvenation acupuncture, diet and lifestyle counseling, as well as therapist training.

Sharon first met Alain Herriot taking his Core Transformation Workshop in 2008 towards her Quantum Touch Instructor qualifications. She was immensely inspired by his clear, beyond words guidance which was simple, yet powerful; and has since been following Alain’s teachings.

The Wonder Method has certainly taken Sharon’s healing work with clients and self, along with the quality of life to another level.

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK

As we approach each day we are usually thinking about what needs to be done and how to go about it, who to contact and the rest of what we call accomplishing the day.  What if instead we gently orient from the inside, feeling our sensations, and choose to use this art of presence to accompany us throughout the day.  We would still get all the same things done and likely more.  The internal dialogue will be greatly reduced or simply gone.  The need to achieve will instead become more of a dance of “being” from moment to moment in simple exchanges of balance and wholeness.  We invite you to dance with us in the ever evolving game of being.   ~~Alain & Jody Herriott
